We hosted an April Fools’ Black and White Dinner at the cabins this Sunday. Here we are, lighting a binary sparkler. The roster of foods included black sesame earl grey chiffon cake, black rice risotto with shiitake mushrooms and white asparagus, squid ink pasta with mussels and ricotta, black grape (grey!) jell-o, black grits with white cheddar, among many many others.

A Cabin in a Loft is a one-room bed & breakfast in the vibrant artists' neighborhood of Bushwick, Brooklyn. It is envisioned as an alternative to hotels and hostels and is available for short-term rental and private events. The Cabin is run out of our home and occasional workshop.
