High ResolutionA Cabin in a Loft now has an extended workshop space in 56 Bogart in Bushwick. You can expect to see more cabin studies, furniture, and objects in the coming months.

High ResolutionI’m working on a series of A-Frames. This is the second frame. The A-Frames are geometric shelf-frames for arranging objects in your home. They use simple wooden joinery, can be hung on a nail, and can be flat-packed for easy transport.

We hosted an April Fools’ Black and White Dinner at the cabins this Sunday. Here we are, lighting a binary sparkler. The roster of foods included black sesame earl grey chiffon cake, black rice risotto with shiitake mushrooms and white asparagus, squid ink pasta with mussels and ricotta, black grape (grey!) jell-o, black grits with white cheddar, among many many others.

A Cabin in a Loft
A Cabin in a Loft is a one-room bed & breakfast in the vibrant artists' neighborhood of Bushwick, Brooklyn. It is envisioned as an alternative to hotels and hostels and is available for short-term rental and private events. The Cabin is run out of my workshop and studio, where I also live. By staying here, you are supporting my work as an artist, architect, and designer.
